What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a powerful session that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy fields are awakened gently and lovingly, called a sound bath.

My sound healing techniques are delivered using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and bamboo wind chimes. As my deeply personal journey continues to evolve, so shall my passion and education.

Each of your chakras are engaged, awakened, and carefully nurtured during the sessions. That of which are your root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, crown and third eye chakras.

How does sound healing work?

Vibration is measured in units of hertz (Hz). Humans hear frequencies from 20 Hz up to 20,000 Hz. When you have two vibrating entities next to each other, the stronger vibration will affect the weaker one; eventually, they'll synchronize in a process called sympathetic resonance.

According to basic anatomy the cranial nerve eight plays a large role in sound healing sessions. Each nerve has distinct nuclei within the brainstem. The vestibular nerve is primarily responsible for maintaining body balance and eye movements, while the cochlear nerve is responsible for hearing.

Your parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for activities such as reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and relaxing muscles. This nerve helps control hormone release, digestion, blood glucose levels, inflammation, heart rate, and blood pressure.

How does vibrational frequency affect us?

By using specific rhythms and frequencies such as crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, chimes, etc., you can shift your brainwaves from the beta state (normal consciousness) to the theta state (relaxed consciousness) and even the delta state (sleeping).

Everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency.

We're hard-wired to have sound be part of us, it’s our universal DNA. In the brain, all our neurons fire at different frequencies based on the data they receive from things around us. Those vibrations interact with every cell in our body.
